I moved to Tulsa a little over two years ago and looked around for a new dentist. I was blessed to find Southern Hills Dental, Care and Dr. Christopher Burke. He has amazing team have done a wonderful job of helping me get my teeth and mouth in order. They are organized, diligent in their follow up and have consistently delivered value and amazing results. Whether it’s a tooth removal, a bridge or a state of the Art night guard, it’s all been extremely positive. Very blessed to have found these guys and I highly recommend them. Sincerely, Martyn

They were so nice and the assistant Tyla was sweet. My doctor that did my extraction that day was very kind and explained everything to me . Also my dental assistant went into detail about my care instructions. I appreciated that very much. I would recommend Southern Hills Dental to friends and family.

My children have been going to Southern Hills Dentist for a few years now, and I typically make an appointment in advance. I had an appointment next Tuesday and today I get a voicemail for me to call the office. I called back and was told that my child needs to reschedule her appointment because they have a “meeting” WHAT!? now in my mind if you need to schedule a meeting that’s understandable but don’t be inconsiderate and inconvenience the patient to do so specifically when you have a patient to care for… why not schedule around the appointment versus the illogical decision made. Besides. I too have a business and a job, and I specifically scheduled the appointment based on MY availability. I then proceed to ask for a manager when another girl jumps on the phone as if she was asking how she can help wellll are you a manager she said no they’re in a meeting LOL I politely said I can leave a message then all of a sudden the man became available. I spoke with Kelly and after explaining the whole situation, she had no empathy whatsoever or consideration for the issue at hand. Never apologized or took into account my perspective. I told her how I felt as a patient which is undervalued and expressed the unprofessionalism displayed by their office …she tried to say that wasn’t the case, MA’Am these are in fact, MY feelings as a patient which are valid regardless of poor decision making which she stood on. Nevertheless I won’t be returning to experience anymore lack of consideration. BTW, I’ve been traveling from Owasso to Tulsa for dental needs which she mentioned their “sister company” being in Owasso I was curious to know who that was to avoid them as well smh…she said Dental Care of Owasso. Thanks but no thanks, I heard they weren’t good anyway. Do better Southern Hills Dental in Tulsa.
