Very happy with my experience! The staff are very professional and friendly. I went for a dental cleaning and an examination and it was very pleasant. Although I was initially scared of cleaning my teeth, it didn’t hurt at all and my teeth looked way better than before. After the cleaning, I didn’t have to wait long for the doctor to examine my teeth, she was very gentle and explained the condition of my teeth in a way I would understand, she also told me how to keep my teeth clean which I found to be very helpful. The entire process was quick and easy

I almost skipped this dental office after seeing mixed reviews, but I’m genuinely glad I gave them a chance. Serafina was amazing!! It was the most thorough cleaning I have ever had. After she removed the stains and tartar from my teeth gently, she also reviewed my daily home care routine, offering helpful tips. Everyone on the team stood out!! The dental assistant kept checking in to make sure I was comfortable. Chelsea at the front desk explained my next steps clearly. I understand everyone has different expectations, but my visit was very friendly and professional. If you’re on the fence, I’d suggest giving them a chance. I will definitely come back.

My experience at Shu Ping Rong DDS was nothing short of amazing, the dental hygienists were gentle and understanding and they made sure I was comfortable. The front reception was very clear and concise with how my insurance would factor into the procedures and helped me schedule an appointment efficiently. Overall, definitely coming back here for my next dental visit.
