Manny’s Eastern Iowa Roofing and Construction

I had Mannys eastern Iowa roofing and construction put a new flat roof on and do some gutter work and gutter guards. His crew did a fantastic job and were very courteous and did a great job cleaning up when they were finished. My roof looks fantastic. Gave me good guidance on product choice. Got back to me same day. First rate work, good communication and fair price. Once they arrived on site they were finished with a 48 square roof in 2 days. They cleaned up afterwards. I have no reservations about recommending Manny's Roofing based on my experience. He told me about the insurance discount for CAT 4 shingles. My insurance dropped 450 a year after the install. His pricing was very competitive. I chose him because of the positive comments. Glad I did.

Two other contractors were a week later than promised in getting a bid back to me. Called Manny's and had a bid in hand same day. Finished the roof on time and on budget. Excellent quality work at a great price. Siding and gutters are next and I'll update after all is done. Manny and Leo are super easy to work with. They'll be my first call from now on. *Update* Siding and gutters are completed now as well and couldn't be happier with their work!
