Marrietta Riley: Allstate Insurance

Got in an accident I was not at fault for in another state. No one could tell me anything. No one had the right answers. No one could figure it out. Luckily I have a lawyer who helped me navigate this. They said at one point I should make a claim with them even though I was not at fault and already had a lawyer retained to fight for my payout. After receiving so much misinformation, I tried to cancel the plan to the insured vehicle that was totaled and it took them over a year and they never did it. I had TO CHANGE OFFICES to get it done and they couldn’t even refund me without submitting for approval due to the length of time that had expired. Rarely do you have to deal with a claim, but they steered me in every direction but the right one. I would highly suggest going with a different office or possibly different insurance company over all. I have no clue how their office runs and continues to do business if my experience is the routine there. It seems like they have the name “ALLSTATE” propping them up. I will say Faviola was very professional and a pleasure to deal with. But other than that I haven’t had a worse experience with an insurance company yet. Sorry but this was one star service.

Marietta was able to get me a lower rate on both my auto and homeowners insurance by bundling and discounts. Much cheaper than Safeco or liberty. I'd recommend getting a quote from her.

Perhaps it’s Allstate as a whole but my customer service experience has significantly gotten worse over the years. So bad I switched insurance after 7 years.
