I obtained several quotes before I selected a company to correct my foundation issues. I selected Ground Up Foundation Repair in Murfreesboro for several reasons. First, their representative was the only representative to note cracks on two sides of my garage. The others noted only one side and their proposed solutions would not have taken care of the problem correctly. Second, my wife’s cousin had used this company for a foundation repair a year ago and gave them an excellent recommendation. Lastly, they are a locally owned company with years of experience and all the reviews I read were positive. I was pleased with every part of their service. They were very professional and finished the job on time. They were careful with our property and did an excellent job of putting things back in order. Their staff was easy to work with and their management was especially helpful. They were concerned with making sure I was satisfied with the final product. I would highly recommend this company. They are the kind of people who I would trust to work on my property again and again. I hope I don’t need there services again, but if I do I will call them. I appreciate them.

The Ground Up team did an excellent job providing and installing a dehumidification system for my crawlspace. After initially reaching out to them to discuss my needs, a visit was immediately arranged and a very comprehensive and reasonable quote was provided. Upon acceptance, work was scheduled and on the day of installation, Slade and his team arrived, reviewed the work, answered all my questions and proceeded to seal the vents and install the dehumidification unit and condensate pump over the course of a few hours. Work was done efficiently and professionally. A few days later a small leak was detected and I reached back out to Ground Up who responded immediately (same day) by Brandon who came out and resolved the issue. Unit has been running great and humidity has been reduced significantly. Big shout out to Camie, who handled the scheduling, answered (or got answers) to questions about the quote as well as the job and handled the financials. Thanks to the entire team at Ground Up for a job extremely well done! Very pleased and satisfied with the entire process and end results.
