This clinic is good for general dental care but definitely not for braces. There is only one professional and she is rarely in office, and when she is she does a terrible job at keeping records. During my appointment to put on the braces she realized half way she never referred me to get teeth removed even if I wanted to keep them. She then refused to continue and left me with half done brackets. Then at the oral surgeon we realized the referral was for the wrong teeth and I was in danger because of their lack of attention. That was one of the last times I saw her, afterwards I was only attended by unsupervised students who had little to no experience. I believe that for that kind of service I should not be paying the professional price. The payment is another thing, yet again with them not keeping records. I would pay at the beginning of my appointment and then get asked to pay again. when scheduling my next appointment. I do not understand how they cannot even remember me paying a couple minutes before. After my last appointment I am seriously thinking of changing clinics, I was only attend by students I had never seen before and my teeth at current becoming more and more unsymmetrical. I would advise anyone thinking of getting braces to immediately change dentists.

Simply AMAZING! Can’t stress this enough. This was the best decision I ever made. The doctors + the staff are all wonderful. I’ve been coming here since I was pregnant with my now 5yr old. Now he comes here too. They’re so gentle and caring with my boy. Couldn’t ask for better bedside manner. I live two towns over but as someone who previously worked in the medical field I can honestly say good people and quality health care is hard to come by. Friendly Dental Center are diamonds 💎 Bonus: they’re fluent in Portuguese & Spanish!

I've always been happy with the care I've received from Friendly Dental. I had recently started feeling significant discomfort from a receding gum above one of my teeth. I was able to get a resin filling the day of my check-up and the discomfort immediately went away. I left their office feeling significantly better.

Would not recommend this place to anyone. Went to have a consult and dr told me that I had 6 cavities and 2 possible RCT . I went for second opinions to find out that I have 1 cavities and a “watch” …Dr does not even talk to you about your treatment plan I didn’t felt comfortable at all in that office. 0/10 experience .I hope you guys can do better with you patients
