left this place at 10:45 am with a promise that i’d get a call *no later than* 11:45 am. i called multiple times asking if my results were ready and they said yes and that someone would be calling me shortly. they ended up just sending my prescription to the pharmacy with no follow up call so i went and picked it up, came home, and went to sleep. they finally decided to call me at 4:45 pm and 5 pm but by that point i was asleep after taking my meds because i was sick and felt physically terrible. pretty bad customer service and its in a seedy part of town. i got sexually harassed multiple times waiting for my uber after my appointment so just go somewhere else
This urgent care is the worst clinic I have ever been to. I showed up with my one year sick baby, around 4:15 PM this afternoon and was told to wait. As I was waiting for about 15 minutes they then told me that if the child is not in their system they will not see him, because they are closing at 5:00pm. We still have about 30 minutes before they close and now they have refused to see my baby. I encourage every parent with a sick child to not visit this unprofessional clinic!!!
My experience with TruCare Clinic has been utterly EGREGIOUS. This clinic is extremely negligent and unprofessional in a multitude of ways. I went in for some health concerns and instantly was made extremely uncomfortable by the unprofessional behaviors of the staff (front desk workers on their phones, Front desk staff are looking down at me as I am deaf, color and did not greet me welcome to the clinic! Very shameful!! The nurses were very nice, but also seemed rushed. After meeting with the NP student a first time, she told me I could leave without seen the doctor she said the NP will send the prescription .she prescribed an antibiotic without seen an actual doctor or NP I knew nothing about and was told nothing about. I don’t know much about specific medications and their side effects, not being a doctor.
