The team at EZshop has been a pivotal reason in the success of Google ads with the company I manage online marketing efforts for. We recently had an SEO audit completed and some suggestions were made to increase our SEO presence alongside the execution of regular blog posts. More recently, we had a critical error with our bridge between Lightspeed and Shopify and Adrian didn't hesitate to step up and help give me invaluable information on how to pivot to best get us up and running again which is completely out of their scope! This team really deserves more stars than they are showing currently!
I have only been working with EZShop for the past 4 months, but in that time I have found them to be very professional, enthusiastic and easy to work with. Any unforeseen issues that have arisen have been dealt with quickly. They are very good at listening to my requests.
Signed a contract with EZSHOP to create and maintain a website, prior to signing it was supposed to be a 8wk lead from start to finish. We are now at week 18 i believe. No response from the team on delivery date. Please avoid this company, only reason I chose to continue was they are a lightspeed affiliate. 10 WEEKS PAST THEIR PROMISED DELIVERY DATE.
