This pharmacy dispensed thyroid medecines that made me very sick, but I gave them another chance. Then they filled the wrong amount of a medecine for months, changed my trillium refused to message me through official pathways giving me bad code, refused to transfer my prescription to another pharmacy. Are trying to force an official complaint which will give me bad code. The medecines they gave me caused a reaction but they refused to change their supplier. I called them a few months before about ordering a brand name with set binding agent, and then a set binding agent became illegal in all of Ontario for my medecine, like approved wheat and milk levels in the pills so it can’t be tampered with. Go to shoppers their official. Do not trust this place with your body or your children’s bodies. Their corrupt.

I ordered from them and could not get my prescription as my insurance would not cover it, and it was expensive. Once I could finally afford it, I paid and got them to deliver it. The lady on the phone was rude and ignorant with me on the phone. Once I got home and looked at my prescription, there were no instructions on how to use and apply the medication. Needless to say, I will never use their services again. I advise you to stay clear of this place.

We’ve used this pharmacy twice now for my child. The first time we needed a compounded prescription that seemed very hard to source. The pharmacist did a lot of research and calling around to find a solution for us. Highly recommend!
