We had the absolute pleasure of working with Mr. Hospitality for our niece Lindsey's bridal shower this past April, and I cannot say enough great things about the experience. Mario, the owner, and Kristina Cubero, the Senior Planner, were an absolute dream to work with. Lindsey wanted a sophisticated Aspen ski vibe, and they brought that vision to life in the most beautiful and creative way. Every single solitary detail was thoughtfully executed, from the stunning floral arrangements to the custom signage, menus, and invitations. The flowers were especially gorgeous and perfectly selected to complement the theme. Lindsey was beaming from ear to ear the entire day, and it was truly magical to see it all come together. From the very beginning, Mario and Kristina were incredibly collaborative, open to feedback, and dedicated to getting every element just right. I will admit I was not the easiest client at the start. I had a lot going on personally, but they were patient, supportive, and so kind throughout the entire process. The structure of the day was unique and fun, starting with the women in the morning and having the guys join for dessert in the evening. It felt thoughtful, elegant, and truly special. We would work with Mr. Hospitality again in a heartbeat. You cannot go wrong, they are truly amazing at what they do. We were beyond blown away!!

Kiara, our day-of coordinator, joined closer to the event and was the ultimate calming presence, keeping the timeline on track while being attentive to every little need. On the day of the wedding, their expertise shone. Kiara met us at our getting-ready location with tissues ready during our first look, hors d'oeuvres and drinks waiting in our suite after the ceremony, and an uncanny ability to know when to step in and when to stay in the background. Selina transformed our venue, blending last-minute Amazon decorations with stunning rental pieces, like the ceremony arch and lighting features, while also coordinating with their trusted vendor partners to bring everything to life. It wasn’t just about arranging vases and faux flowers—they elevated our vision with high-quality elements and professional touches that made the entire space feel cohesive, beautiful, and uniquely ours. One standout moment was during family photos—a time when emotions were high and energy was low. Instead of feeling overwhelmed, we could confidently say, “Kiara has the list,” and trust her to guide us through each step. Later, when we needed a section of lights dimmed for the dance floor, they handled it effortlessly. Even a delivered cake that went to the wrong location at first arrived perfectly presented, thanks to their coordination. After the event, their thoughtfulness continued. Picking up our items a few days later, we found a handwritten card detailing personal moments they loved from working with us and a Polaroid from our first dance, labeled as the "paw-rents" of our cats. A few weeks later, one of us attended a company holiday event planned by Mr. Hospitality. Selina recognized the connection and came out to say hello, making it feel like reconnecting with an old friend. This is just one more example of the care and thoughtfulness they bring to their work.
