Well i like this school so much i joined this school in this academic year and this school is actually good im enjoying studying and the teachers are also good but some of teachers are so dumb i hate them but im a 7th greader and i like my teachers and friends supervisors are also so kind but i had 1 request if boys also have morning shift. If that will happen we can read with our fresh mind and 1 thing i forgot to mention that always our class only miss the pe period lol but overall i will give this school a solid 9.3/10
I am an ex-student of NIMS and graduated in 2007. The shuffling of classes when I was in 3rd and 4th grade until 9th grade at NIMS was one of the most difficult experiences I faced during my childhood. It was unsettling, confusing, and emotionally overwhelming. Being separated from familiar classmates and constantly adapting to new environments created a sense of instability that I struggled to cope with. This early disruption left a lasting impact on me, contributing to ongoing struggles with social anxiety. The feelings of being uprooted and isolated back then continue to affect my ability to form connections and feel secure in social settings today. It often resurfaces as a barrier, making it difficult to engage confidently in group environments and social situations. Though I am working on healing, the trauma from those formative years still lingers, reminding me of how deeply childhood experiences can shape long-term emotional well-being. I hope they have changed this situation of shuffling classes, as it can leave a lasting emotional impact on young students. Reply: While I understand the intention behind the decision—to build resilience, adaptability, and social skills—it unfortunately did not have the intended effect on me. Instead of fostering adaptability, the separation from my friends at a young age led to significant emotional distress, which continued into my later years. I struggled with anxiety, social difficulties, and separation anxiety, all of which required years of therapy to manage. The sudden change disrupted my sense of security, and rather than learning to thrive in new environments, I found it challenging to rebuild my confidence and form meaningful social connections. I do appreciate that policies have since been revised to prioritize students' emotional well-being, and I hope this helps prevent others from facing similar struggles. However, I wanted to share my experience to highlight that such decisions can have long-term consequences, and not every child is naturally equipped to handle these transitions without significant emotional strain. Additionally, I want to address another practice that had a significant impact—the ranking system, where students’ names and ranks were displayed in the corridor for everyone to see. This practice created an environment of immense pressure, competition, and, for many, humiliation. It reinforced feelings of inadequacy for those who didn’t rank at the top and instilled deep-seated self-doubt and anxiety. Rather than motivating students, it often discouraged them, affecting their self-esteem and mental well-being. The constant public comparison did not create a healthy learning environment but rather one where fear and pressure overshadowed the joy of learning.
The school when I left gave me lot of memories and wonderful teachers who guided us a lot. This was main reason I wanted my child to also experience. The teaching quality has deteriorated over the years. Sadly I have to say they even hire teachers who properly cannot converse in English and not to finish if parents have any concerns regarding the teaching or teachers never bother to go personally to school and speak...they wouldn't even care for ur suggestions. The fees mentioned on website is not even useful. You will end up paying extra for each and every non sensical uses. Apart from fee reminder never expect any mails frm school. Parents have to take special permission to make monthly payments. They only accept term payments. The amount of workload the school dumps on students is immense. Each day homeworks and teachers don't even answer their query. Any doubts the kids are asked to refer google. When I raised this how can you people not solve any doubts and ask them to refer google they answered it's to increase their research basis. The amount of printouts I had taken during an year was more than office papers. Thankfully I decided better education for my child and changed her school otherwise even after paying fees we end up teaching at home also and do their homework.
