Excellent service with a warm, friendly atmosphere. Every person in the office, including the dentist, made me feel welcome and at ease. The office itself is bright, attractive and clean. I'm not a fan of going to the dentist, but I loved it there! I'm recommending them to all my friends and family!

From the moment I walked into the door, through the entirety of my appointment until the second I stepped out of the office, this was by far one the of best experiences at any dentist have ever had. The entire staff was welcoming, warm, and positive. Dr. Kurzawa was awesome, great attitude, down to Earth personality, who cuts straight to the point but delivers his message with passion and care. My hygienist, Lauren, was the BEST hygienist I have ever had, by a long shot! She was polite, kind, thorough in both her work and her explanations and was just pleasant to be around. I felt completely relaxed and easily entrusted her in taking care of my teeth and gums. The entire staff was phenomenal and I am SO happy that I have found a dentist that, not only do I trust with my teeth and smile, but with my families teeth and smile. We will definitely be back. Thank you all! Keep up the absolutely amazing work!

I waited a while before making this review to make sure that my review is factual and objective as possible and not merely an emotional reaction. This review is as much a last-ditch attempt to bring the problems to the attention of the dentist as it is a warning to potential patients. We have been going to Next Generation Dentistry to get dental work done from Dr. Kurzawa for approximately one and a half years. I have no complaints about Dr. Kurzawa or the work that he has done. He has shown us to be not only a competent dentist but a person who cares about the well-being of his patients in general. So it is unfortunate that I have to leave a negative review of his business. Unfortunate, but necessary. The problems that we have been having are with the people that run the front desk. For starters, they have a lady there who feels perfectly comfortable being argumentative, passive aggressive, and rude on several occasions. Something that I have overlooked due to the quality of work that Dr. Kurzawa provides. But it does make every single visit more frustrating and upsetting than it needs to be. Having had a position like hers before, I have tried to understand and smooth things over so we can get the appointments complete. But it is continued behavior and one of the reasons that we are planning to change dentists. This next problem is related to the previous, but I have chosen to add it as a separate issue due to its seriousness. I was informed that they were not going to send out the requested documents to the endodontists that we were making appointments for. These are appointments that Dr. Kurzawa referred us to. I do not go out and find a dozen places to have the documents sent to. I made an appointment as an endodontist that was not the one on the referrer due to the long wait for that particular office. When I called in to explain that we would need to have these documents sent, I was told that they weren’t going to be sending these documents repeatedly (it was stated in a rude, almost hostile way). Clerical errors have happened on a few occasions. Nothing extreme happened. But I have received a few surprise bills in the mail that I had to go in to resolve. I do not keep itemized records and receipts unless there is a good reason, and so I do not have the documents to provide proof or dates of such occurrences. But discussing this issue with the lady at the desk was completely pointless as she simply stated that I needed to pay and would not discuss any further details. I did pay, assuming that the worst case scenario was I was out a few hundred dollars but at least we got the appointments completed. We have had cancellations, no doubt, but cancellations are not a new concept- In fact I’ve been called to find out if I can come in early due to the cancellations of other people.I have also provided them a full explanation on why these cancellations were necessary. This business has a cancellation fee as a form of compensation (and protection) anyway, which I have never had any problems paying. It is noteworthy to include here that when I offered to pay this fee (I actually came prepared to pay for the whole visit) during our most recent cancellation Dr. Kurzawa himself said not to worry about it and to call back when we are ready for an appointment. It strikes me as strange that the dentist would be so kind and understanding then suddenly put us in such a position as to have to wait for a same day appointment slot to open up. A position that I was informed they have told me they have no indication of changing for us. The same day appointment basis (mentioned above) that we were given no notification of, and they had already talked to us previously about the reasons- to which we were told “they understand” puts us in a no-win scenario. The goal here appears to be to make the situation so uncomfortable and so difficult to deal with that we choose to take our business elsewhere. Ultimately, it does place us in a position to find a different dentist. A decision that we would have preferred to not have to make.
