Glad to say my agent and the office worked hard to get things moving after storm damage, including a supplement to complete everything back to the way it was. Having just purchased my home this was something I didn't have experience with, and especially with supplement and actual values. They are an email or a phone call away for any questions or concerns. I have been with Nick Adams for almost a decade. He himself is very responsive and dedicated and his staff follows that model. Working with Allstate can be challenging, the same as with any insurance company. Their aim is to not pay your claim. But Nick has worked on our behalf many times to ensure that our claims are covered according to our coverage. Very happy with him as my agent.
