Norté

We had a brilliant date night at Norte! The food was very interesting, playful and unique and DELICIOUS. It was great to try new flavours and techniques I hadn’t seen before (like the spanner crab churros and the potatoes and kangaroo). Loved the wine list showcasing some brilliant South American wines and my cocktail was beautiful! The staff were fantastic and super helpful and the sommelier was very knowledgeable and made great suggestions! They’ve done an excellent job on the fit out too, the restaurant looks very cool. I also found it to be great value (particularly compared to Sydney restaurants).

Whether you are celebrating a special occasion or catching up with good friends, Norte is a fantastic spot especially outside on the roof top. Our sommelier and waiter, Jeremy, provided the type of service that makes you want to go back over and over again. His recommendation on dishes and drinks was spot on and we left feeling very special. Unfortunately, as two of us are from Sydney, we can’t come back as often as we would like but we highly recommend booking it for a lunch or night out at Mermaid beach. Excellent 🙌

Had an incredible dinner at Norte recently — we went with the banquet. The beef tostada and crab churro were standout dishes. The dessert was also a highlight. What really made the night though wasn’t just the food — the venue is stunning and the service was spot on. All of the staff were fantastic but a special shoutout to our waiter (I think his name was Jeremy?) who was friendly, attentive and really knew the food and drinks menu. Would definitely go back.
