Their extended hours, open daily from 7:30 a.m. to 11 p.m. including holidays, make it incredibly convenient, especially for those with unpredictable schedules. I was pleasantly surprised that my entire check up, including waiting time, took less than an hour. Dr. Wael Saleh was remarkably kind, attentive, and professional. He genuinely listens and ensures every concern is addressed. The staff, both at the front desk and in the pharmacy, were warm, courteous, and efficient, creating a very welcoming atmosphere. It is rare to find a clinic that combines efficiency, compassion, and convenience so seamlessly. I will definitely be returning and highly recommend it to anyone seeking quality medical care without the long wait times.

Really good experience at this walk-in clinic. I was in and out in about 1.5 hours, and most of that wait was for the pharmacy inside (they’re a little slow). The clinic itself runs smoothly, staff were friendly, and it’s very convenient to have the pharmacy on-site. They even have a brand new coffee machine in the waiting area (paid, but nice to have).

From check-in to consultation and finally picking up the prescription, everything was impressively efficient and well-organized. The clinic features a digital screen that clearly displays your place in line, and which room you’ll be seen in, a thoughtful touch that really helps ease any uncertainty. We were seen by Dr. Ola, who was not only knowledgeable and thorough but also incredibly attentive and compassionate. Our prescription was sent directly to the in-house pharmacy, which had everything ready quickly. They even provided a beeper to notify us when it was time to pick up the medication — another example of how well this clinic prioritizes patient convenience. What stood out the most was that they were open on a weekend when most other clinics were closed. Their commitment and dedication to patient care is truly commendable. We’re so grateful for the exceptional service and would highly recommend this clinic to anyone.
