NUC University – Florida Technical College Kissimmee

I had a wonderful experience, I first met with Nay for admissions and she was very sweet and helpful. She took me on a tour of the school and was very detailed about each classroom and how long the programs are. After speaking with her I felt more confident about the Medical Assisting program. I then met with the director of financial aid Carlos! I’m a very anxious person but he broke down all the information with kindness and answered all my questions with respect and full transparency.

This school lures students in with promises of opportunity, but once you’re enrolled, you’re abandoned. The administration is the most unprofessional I’ve encountered at any accredited institution. Students are forced to chase after staff just to receive something as basic as a class schedule—making it nearly impossible to plan work or personal obligations. Emails go unanswered, and only when the director is contacted does anyone bother to respond, and even then, it’s usually a one-time fix rather than real support. Communication is virtually nonexistent. Problems are ignored until students escalate them, and even then, the resolution is temporary at best. The administration operates with no accountability and no regard for the students they are supposed to serve. If you plan to enroll here, understand that you will be fighting for every piece of information and every response. The priority is clearly enrollment numbers, not student success or academic support. The administration staff is not just ineffective—they are a complete failure in carrying out their responsibilities to students.

Hello, I want to share my experience with NUC University. Their communication is very poor. They are very quick to call you when you are new and registering, but once you become a student — or in my case, after graduating — it is almost impossible to get a response. I have sent numerous emails, made phone calls, and even copied Mr. Martin Levert on my correspondence, but no one has responded regarding my participation in graduation after four years of studying with them. This has been extremely disappointing. I am leaving this review so that future students are aware of what to expect after enrollment.
