» Customer Experiences:
This place is a joke, they lie and do really poor work and charge full price. I called in advance to see if they could work on my vehicle and do what I required, and they assured me that it would be no problem they had done this before and would be 6-7 hours. They kept making excuses for why they hadn't completed the job and ignored what the manufacturer was telling them to assist with the install. They had my vehicle for over a month and couldn't figure out how to do the job, and messed up other things in the process. They charged full price and I had to take it to another shop to get it fixed from what they had done, that shop charged me less than what these incompetent hacks did. I would never tell anyone to go here!
I took my car in for a diagnostic due to a clunking noise and my check engine light was on. I dropped it off in the afternoon prior to closing. I called the next day towards the end of business day to inquire about the status of my vehicle. The person that I spoke with quickly mumbled something over the phone and hung up on me. I called back and left a voicemail asking for a call back to find out what repairs my car needed. I got a call back a few minutes later saying everything was okay and to pick it up. When I got there the mechanic said there was nothing wrong with my engine. He indicated that due to the cold weather there was a very small leak but I had nothing to worry about, and there was no noise in my car. I was charged a diagnostic fee and sent on my way. As soon as I drove away, my car started making the noise. I took my car to another shop a couple of days later and it turned out my engine mount was about to fail and my engine was grinding against the water pump. I wish I had as good as an experience as the other people that reviewed this business, but this particular experience concerns. There was something considerably wrong with my vehicle and he either missed it or didn't look at my car at all.
I have used him twice in the last 6 months, and I'm beyond satisfied. Very honest with zero upsell. My last visit was with my 14 y/o car with 177,000 miles. I thought it was headed to the scrap yard, but he brought it back from the dead. This is my go to place from now on. Hard to find a good mechanic who puts their customer first. Very appreciative of the lack of an upsell. He suggested another repair that I might consider in the future, but said everything was good for now.
