I recently had a minor repair done to my front porch step by BuildingByBri Handyman & Tree Services, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. Jill made the initial communication easy and informative, setting a positive tone right away. When Brian arrived to complete the work, he took the time to walk me through each stage—before starting, midway through, and upon completion—clearly explaining what he was doing at every step. Brian took down and replaced a small portion of an old fence and the gate as well. Brian and Jill are very friendly and communicative. Brian did a very professional job and cleaned up thoroughly after the job. Extremely happy with the service and will use again.
