What can I say...if I could give INFINITE rating stars to Stephanie and the services she expertly delivers I wholeheartedly would. She is an amazing medical provider, and I feel so safe and heard as a client in her care. Thank you so much Stephanie, and Optimum, for all you are doing on my health and wellness journey as I enter my 50's soon! It's time to start taking care of me, and I feel great relief knowing I have the expertise, talent, and support of Stephanie on my team...she is simply AMAZING! From the moment I entered the doors at Optimum I have been thoroughly impressed (and I was a bit intimidated at first). Cheyenne welcomed me so gracefully and honestly with my initial consult and face scans, Gabby has been essential in helping me to battle weight loss, especially with a pre-existing condition which makes it challenging, Terrence was kind and knowledgeable in providing my first weight scan and walked me through options with weight loss in the Optimum facilities, and everyone else I have encountered has made me feel welcome and empowered. Thank you just doesn't seem like enough, but it's all I got so...A HUGE THANK YOU!

10 stars out of 5 for Optimum! My experiences have been nothing short of amazing. All of the staff are kind, professional and knowledgeable, but nurse Stephanie Fellers is absolutely incredible. She is a highly educated and trained nurse and takes the time to explain things AND listen to her clients. The facility itself is lovely, clean and modern. I have received several treatments to date, including the HALO laser. I have very severe and stubborn melasma (both dermal and epidermal). I am rated a Fitzpatrick IV because it is incredibly difficult for me to sunburn, even though I am not very dark. In the past, I have never been a candidate for lasers, dermabrasion and many other hypermignation treatments. Nurse Stephanie took all of the necessary precautions (pre and post-treatment) and made sure my condition didn't worsen. My outcome is more than I expected with only one HALO treatment. My skin texture has improved too, which was just an added bonus, since I was solely searching for melasma treatment. I cannot wait to repeat this procedure. It was relatively easy and Stephanie made me extra comfortable. Additionally, she has taken incredible care of me during my follow up appointments. We are lucky to have this clinic and staff in ABQ!
