About a week ago, my garage door wouldn’t close and I was getting ready to leave for the weekend. I had just had it serviced by another local company, but clearly the problem wasn’t fixed. I called Overhead Door Co. and spoke with Katelyn, who assured me they could help. I was really impressed that their team showed up on such short notice. Their communication and quick response during my little “emergency” were outstanding. Highly recommend.

If you are shopping around for anything garage door related, this is definitely the company I would recommend to you. They were FAST. Efficient. Affordable!! Very nice and extremely knowledgeable about every little detail. They answered every single question I had while they were in the process of working and never skipped a beat. Mr. Don came out to my house to take measurements the very next day after I called him. From there, it only took 12 hours and he sent me an estimate. I thought it would cost me at least $4,000 or $5,000 to replace all 3 garage doors along with all new tracking systems, sensors, remotes and more. But the pricing was amazing. I would highly recommend this company literally everyone in my life!!! Great job guys!!!!

From the receptionists katelin and melissa thru seth, the supervisor, thru Dylan, Ricky, and Rachel the installers, excellence. ordered correctly, and installed professionally. Had not thought about the value of windows, but I like them a lot. The older door is so much quieter with adjustment and lubrication, and the new door with nylon rollers is much quieter than the broken one. Great job yall. Thank you C J Monlezun
