My experience was "THE WORST" i had tried since Feb 25 to schedule an appt..with Dr.Fantaye it took 2months to actually make the appt.. waiting on someone to call from the Howell Mill location which was still opened at that time...ok finally decided to reach out again now they are the Lee St. New location ok called got next day appt...kool so go in on time following their directions which was 2nd floor when I got there NO ONE was at front desk I know I waited almost 10mins or more for someone to come from back they just chatting still haven't acknowledged patients that's trying to sign in finally someone one come out to help lol Jesus so I started saying im her to see Dr. FANTAYE IS THIS THE RT LOCATION...she stated yes fill out intake form waited "OVER 2HRS" on being called back it was so strange because if the time they charged you and cancel your appt.. late fee or fees for not canceling in time smh. So just sitting nurse from 3rd floor came down called my name and said "YOU ARE IN THE WRONG PLACE OR FLOOR" my Lord i was so angry at this time..go up stairs omg the worst service of my life he didn't even know how to put referral in to the pharmacy so im looking like??? So he really made me feel like he didn't really know his job title i will not be going back to this location I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO A ANIMAL you hear me!!!! Worst,Bad, etc experience ever in a long time...They are not professional at all, don't know thier job positions neither.. and also makes MOREHOUSE LOOKS VERY BAD...

The worse practice to take your children. It makes no sense that a whole week has gone by and my son is still not able to start school because Moorehouse Healthcare Pediatrics department has not processed the medical records request I submitted that is supposed to take 24hrs. How hard can it be to send an immunization record via email? We are in a completely new state and my child is missing school because he needs this one document that has been impossible to obtain. I will never recommend this practice to anyone! When you call the call center all they say is to allow 24hrs I’m running in circles getting nowhere meanwhile my son is missing days of school. It’s harder to get him an appointment with a new pediatrician because he is a new patient and the soonest appointment is another month out. This is an outrage and completely unacceptable for a practice that is supposed to be “reputable”!

I'm not sure what went wrong or when but Morehouse Healthcare is no longer a place for quality patient care. The appointment schedulers have no idea what they are talking about not do they listen. I was told that they could provide a very specific assessment so I made the appointment. I get there and pay the copay for the doctor to tell me that that DO NOT provide this service. The provider herself mentioned that she would ask the supervising physician about a refund of the copay because she provided no service. When she left the room and came back there was no mention of a refund and an arbitrary check of my ears... for no clinical reason other than justification of charges. After an initial conversation with a very rude and condescending front desk manager, I have contacted this office several times about this incident and NO ONE has returned a call or message. This was the final straw in a slew of instances of poor patient care and I would advise that no one begin seeing providers at Morehouse. I would also advise that current patients seek care elsewhere.
