This makes me sad to post. I have been with phamacy 101 since birth. I’m not sure if it’s new owners or new management but it has went extremely downhill. There has been numerous times when I went without my meds because they didn’t contact my doctors office. One time they gave me a bunch of insulin which wasn’t mine so that’s alarming they aren’t double checking who they are giving meds to. I called pharmacy to see if they could look at a rash and they just told me to go to walk in. They didn’t even let me come in to see it in person. What’s the point of giving pharmacies more tasks to reduce doctors tasks, if they aren’t going to do it. This is a small things but there is no place to put a bike, a lot of people bike in this town. Please do better.
Excellent advice and guidance from a very professional pharmacist. They filled my prescription quickly and ensured that I understood the instructions in a very kind way. The store is bright and clean. It is nice to be in a pharmacy focused on health and wellness, not cosmetics and convenience groceries. Will definitely return.
Absolutely ridiculous! I purchased 2 tubes of topical pain reliever and one tube did not have a seal on it, which I thought was a bit odd. So when I went to squeeze the second one thinking it wasn’t sealed at the spout either, the seal at the top literally split open and the gel sprayed everywhere and stained my top and I lost a quarter of the tube. What a hassle and when I finally found the time to go back to the store and expected to get a straight exchange, I was told that since it was technically my fault, they’d need to have a manager weigh in on it! However, there was no manager available at all and that I’d have to wait yet another day and be further inconvenienced or buy another tube!! I expected a better level of customer service from this pharmacy.
