I took my laptop for a simple SSD drive upgrade/replacement for windows 10 as it was running slow. They tell you upfront that they could do something to your device to make it better, to then tell you they couldn’t. I dropped it off on Monday and the guy told me it was going to be ready by Friday the same week. It turns out they needed an extra day to work on my computer. I told them to take whatever time it was necessary just to make sure they did a good job on my laptop. When I went to pick up my laptop on Saturday, I noticed They’ve scratched my laptop. Did not returned/put back in place my USB mouse receiver. The start on/off button didn’t click like before.They didn’t even setup the time clock in my laptop, and to make things worse, now my notepad and the mouse have a annoying delayed on the cursor that didn’t have before. I went back for the 3rd time on Sunday to pick up my usb mouse receiver, and to tell them about the delayed on the cursor. I told them that they needed to pay more attention as the way the customers leave their devices as this is an inconvenient for the customers to be wasting time and gas. The guy apologized and I accepted his apology, until the owner came up with a nasty attitude acting all defensive and not owning to the incompetency and the mistakes of his kids/employees, as it was very obvious that this is a small family owned business. The owner lacks professionalism, he projects arrogance, and acts as if he was fixing your device for free. They truly earned a horrible review. They lack customer service, they are incompetent, do a lousy job and don’t pay attention to details. They lack experience and look like they’re guessing. Overall awful experience!

Excellent customer service, far better than standing in line at Best Buy or getting the “bait and switch” at Ubreakifix. Repair to my iPhone 15 was performed in under 2 hours. Coming here first next time.

I have used UNIFIX for a second time now and have had excellent service. 2 iPhones and 1 iPad with broken screen. It’s working in perfect condition. They also keep in touch if there’s a delay in the repair due to parts , etc. I highly recommend.
