I can't recommend Unique Family Chiropractic and Dr Jillka Kapadia highly enough. As a mature woman living with chronic degenerative osteoarthritis in my knees, as well as scoliosis which tends to make my back and calf muscles tight especially on one side, the pain can be debilitating and demoralizing. You know that pain that's so bad you dread the first few steps in the morning and stairs feel like climbing Everest You want to keep moving to stay well but are not able to move much because you are so exhausted and in pain. After a regular routine of decompression therapy and follow up treatment as needed the pain is noticeably reduced. My joints are less inflamed, my muscles looser and I'm able to do moderate healthy walking without pain for longer stretches at a time. It's not a cure but it is a very accessible and effective treatment that allows me to reduce the effects of chronic pain and still remain active and mobile ... at my age 🤪 If you suffer from the daily pains of arthritis or back pain, I highly recommended giving Unique Family Chiropractic and decompression treatment a try. Excellent first Chiro visit with Dr. Kapadia. Very friendly atmosphere along with a clean and efficient clinic. Dr. Kapadia explained everything in advance of treatment and then proceeded. Looking forward to my return visit already. Highly recommended!
