Professionalità e fiducia dell’azienda, dopo un anno i nostri serramenti sono ancora in ottime condizioni, senza dubbio di alta qualità. Di recente ci siamo affidati nuovamente a Blindoser per installare un portoncino blindato e siamo rimasti ancora una volta soddisfatti sia del servizio che del prodotto. Veloci e professionali li consigliamo!
Pessimo servizio !Acquistato serramenti e porta blindata febbraio 2023 , montati dopo mille telefonate e solleciti ottobre dello stesso anno. Ad aprile 2024 richiesto assistenza post vendita sia per telefono che scritta tramite e-mail ( a disposizione per verifica)per mal funzionamento del blindato e finestra , inviato successivi solleciti sia scritti che telefonici mai avuto risposte ! Credo che in un normale rapporto civile questo comportamento non sia accettabile!
