This move is being done for a friend. I used Triple 7 movers back in November '24 and recommended them for this move. I am so glad that I did and that she used them. Shane and Austin were GREAT. They both were very personable and professional. The steps they take to care for your items is much appreciated. Thank you triple 7, I will be recommending again.
The guys were great. They were quick. Their customer service was wonderful. Answered any questions I had and took very good care of my items. Would definitely recommend to others to use this company.
UPDATE: I want to update the complete review of our experience with these guys. My satisfaction in the experience as a whole dropped significantly after these guys came. The movers were amazing! However, the communication from the delivery of our stuff was not great. We drove to Portland (14 hours) with our kids to be there when they told us they’d be there, only to get there and they let us know the truck was stuck in Vegas and wouldn’t come until a week or two later. Also had to pay about $2K more by the end, so in all honestly, I wouldn’t recommend using this route. The driver was super amazing and kind. The dispatch lady was not nice and was rude and didn’t communicate well nor give a crap about her inconveniencing she caused. (Kareen was her name) The initial saleswoman was really kind and nice to work with and was super helpful, but I don’t feel she was very transparent and having to pay a lot more in the end was frustrating seems she swore that wouldn’t happen. It was a painful, stressful, miserable experience. But I will say the movers and driver were so kind and incredible. Nick, Antonio, and Daniel came and helped us out with our move. They were truly amazing! The care and attention to detail of packaging all our things and wrapping them in blankets/bubble wrap gave us a sense of relief. They were also super friendly, kind, and nice to work with! Would absolutely recommend. Also Lauren was amazing to work with on the front end. Appreciate these guys!
