We have been using Repair One for over 13 years on our vehicles. Justin (the owner) is personable, goes out of his way to get your vehicle running properly as it should be in a fair & responsible manner. He is easy to talk to & work with. Kirk & Mike (Managers) & the whole crew that work on the vehicles have always been kind, caring & courteous. They are keepers for sure! They go out of their way to accommodate their clients. Their customer service is fantastic.. so is their knowledge of every vehicle we have owned. UPDATE:.Was just there yesterday cause my check engine light came on after my car wouldn't start after sitting for a few weeks. My diagnostic plug in said low battery charge & defective battery, a long with possible alternator issues. They checked everything & it was the battery that was the problem. I had just purchased that from them a year ago. unfortunately my car isn't a piece of cake to get battery out .. have to take driver's side tire off to access it! What a pain, but they replaced the battery for no charge in under an hour & I didn't even have an appointment! 🎉🎉 UPDATE: Thursday June 12, 2025..My Fiat 500x decided to not start one day last week. Just a click that's it, except all these warnings were coming up.. high temperature warning (car hadn't been taken out for a couple days so how can it have high engine temp??), parking brake needs service, blah, blah. I've had the car for 4 years & never put a battery in. So got it jumped, drove over without an appointment to Repair One & talked to Justin. Since I didn't have an appointment I said take your time & can get it tomorrow. We both agreed needed new battery & my low oil pressure light had been popping on & off for about a year now.. oil full, just annoying. So after battery was put in Justin drove it & no more idiot lights/messages came on except the oil message. We talked & they put in a new oil pressure switch. Justin said if it comes on again then there is something wrong with the engine! It is a 2016 with only 49,000 miles on it!! Anyway, he drove it, I have been driving it & nothing came on. Thank God! Thank you Justin & all the staff at Repair One!! UPDATE:🎉 Just brought our 2008 PT Cruiser in, because power steering belt broke & needed an oil & filter change. They were very busy! My husband brought the car over (I had back surgery & not able to drive yet). He would have had to wait quite a while, so Justin (the owner) brought Scott back to the house & when it was done came & picked him up. Again, Thank you Justin, Kirk, Mike & entire crew for taking excellent care of our cars & us! 😁

I challenge you to find a better mechanic in the Daytona Beach area. I called about a severe coolant leak and they had the truck in the shop that same day. I had no idea how well this experience would go as I am not from Florida and I have a mechanic I had always gone to back home. The Repair One team made sure to replace broken parts with OEM parts, and offered a 3 year warranty on all parts and labor! I called the morning of the day they said it would be ready asking that they check on the AC as well; they diagnosed, and remedied the issue and still had my truck back to me that same day. This team is extremely efficient and ensures that work is done to the best of their ability. I was in contact with Mike for this entire process, and he was great! He ensured I was comfortable with every step in the process and explained why and how they were fixing each component. Mike is a very personable, professional manager that made sure my truck was taken care of as if it were his own. This is truly a mechanic shop that cares more about the quality of the vehicles leaving their lot and the comfort and safety of their customers. It is easy to be skeptical about mechanics, and I am here to tell you that Justin, Mike and Kirk and their team of skilled mechanics are a group that you can trust to keep you and your vehicle on the road in good condition.

I have been using them for years with both my regular car and our Mercedes. They’ve always been honest and efficient with their repairs. They fix it right the first time and stand behind their work.
