We had a excellent experience with Rhyno's. We were promptly given an appointment at our convenience, a photo of the technician was sent so we knew who to expect and at what time. George was efficient and handled all the tasks we needed done with great efficiency. He was also very tolerant of our doggo and welcomed her assistance. Her only complaint was that there were no dog treats in the truck. And yes, she looked.

Nathan was very professional and very knowledgeable as to the plumbing issues we were facing. He arrived on time and we were alerted to his imminent arrival by text. A nice and appreciated touch to the service. He was able to accomplish a number of plumbing jobs we had asked to be addressed and explained what he was doing and why it was needed. We certainly appreciated his approach. He was friendly and easy going - not stressed. I would certainly call Rhynos again for plumbing issues. Everything was excellent

I'm a home inspector this is a company i used and highly recommend it to my customers. Sadly, that's no longer the case. A customer of mine that I recommend them to showed me a video of their employee bad mouthing me, my business and my profession at a job site. The people you hire are a reflection of yourself, so I will no longer be recommending them. I have no interest in your response or excuse.
