Sold me a grill with a fitment issue (Not necessarily their fault or a big deal). Very Disappointed with their customer service while trying to handle the issue. Dotty was very rude and did not have any interest in solving the problem (until I just said I would leave a review about my experience, Then Immediately explained "We will just give you money, how much do you want? We just pay people like you all of the time. I can't Believe you're from Iowa acting like that.") After waiting about twenty days to hear back from them regarding the fitment issue I had. The parts they sell are probably decent quality and you will more than likely not have an issue. Although, if you do, just don't plan on getting quality customer service when you have an issue. No matter how respectful you are with them. (Update: Dotty did refund part of the money after I told her not to send me any.) To me this does not negate any of the terrible attitude I had to deal with.

I purchased a new radiator from them $405.00. When it started leaking 10 months later they got me another one from the manufacturer (US Radiator). The second one started leaking in the same areas in 5 months. D&R said that the 12 month warranty started and ended with the delivery of the first one. And that I was out of luck. I feel that I have been SCREWED out of my money and they COULD CARE LESS.

Purchased a shifter linkage that did not fit. Instead of just telling me to return it, they made me jump through hoops send photos and after it was over i was told it was past 90 day return policy. Poor business ethics. Shame on you I had planed to spend even more money than the large amount I already did.
