Rixos Premium Belek - The Land Of Legends Erişimi

We stayed at this hotel with two kids 5&13. There was something to do for both ages and they never got bored. The food was excellent, the maid service was brilliant and you always felt looked after. The pools were always clean and the waiters on roller skates couldn’t do enough for you. Deniz in particular made our holiday. Land of legends access was easy to use and we all enjoyed the day and nights there. The hotel is well located with belek a quick taxi drive away. Our only slight niggle was sometimes the staff in people’s and the lounge didn’t understand simple English so it made ordering drinks and our food a bit difficult. But we got through it. The kids club was great and did good activities throughout the day. The slides kept our 5 year old entertained. We loved our daily jump into the sea from the pier. Great addition to the hotel. Overall, you definitely feel like you pay for what you get. The most magical relaxing holiday with so much to do if you want to.

From day 2 of our stay, We started getting food poisoning/stomach flu and we weren’t the only ones. The food was absolutely terrible, I would rate it a 1 out of 10. Every night it was the exact same buffet, tasteless and repetitive. This hotel markets itself as luxury, but that’s completely misleading. There was no peace and quiet either. Every morning around 4:00 AM, we were woken up by staff pushing cleaning carts and making noise in the hallways. We literally woke up every day with a headache. Not a single night of proper sleep. Room service was just as disappointing. If you asked for something simple like towels or water, you had to call 10 times before someone finally brought it. Completely unacceptable for a so-called 5-star resort. We even left the hotel earlier than planned because we couldn’t take it anymore. This place doesn’t deserve even one star. Don’t be fooled by their polished photos and promo videos. If you’re looking for rest and good food look elsewhere. This is absolutely not worth it!!

We had a fantastic stay at Rixos Premium Belek and would highly recommend this hotel. The level of service exceeded our expectations—staff were attentive, professional, and always willing to help. The quality and variety of food were exceptional, with something to satisfy even the most discerning tastes. The hotel itself is beautifully situated, offering a relaxing and picturesque environment. To our fellow travelers from Poland: Rixos Premium Belek is an excellent choice if you wish to experience something truly special. I would have to look very hard to find any faults. Thank you for a wonderful holiday. We look forward to returning next year. This is a place filled with good people, positive energy, and outstanding cuisine.
