Réseau Fix Network

Reading these reviews, I see I'm not alone. Fix Auto head office touts being committed to "Delivering the highest degree of customer satisfaction through superior workmanship and service" but then refuse to respond to customer's concerns. I had multiple issues with a particular Fix Auto shop and sought resolution through the head office. The shop had not completed repairs on my vehicle, in fact broke several things, and then claimed voided warranty as a reason for not continuing to interact with me. They even sent me the highlighted portion of their warranty terms to show what article had been breached, however, these terms were UNSIGNED and was the first time I had seen them. I asked for a copy of the terms with my signature on them since a company like this surely wouldn't claim voided warranty without signed terms, but they have now ceased all communications with me. This includes the shop and head office. I have tried for weeks and with several emails to get someone to send me a signed copy of the warranty terms that i supposedly breached, and I have received zero replies. Could it be that they made a mistake and forgot to get me to sign the terms and therefore could not have voided the warranty? That would mean that they would have to fix all the mistakes they made, and apparently that's not something they are interested in. Absolutely avoid this place and every one of their shops.

Unfortunately, my experience with Fix Network Headquarters has been extremely disappointing. After having my car repaired at a Fix Auto location, I reached out to the headquarters regarding issues with the parts they fixed. However, they have been unresponsive and have declined my warranty claim, leaving me feeling frustrated and unsupported. As a customer, I expect companies to stand behind their work and honor the warranties they offer. Unfortunately, Fix Network has failed to meet these expectations. I cannot recommend their services to others and urge anyone considering using their services to look elsewhere for their auto repair needs. In my experience, Fix Network has been unresponsive and unhelpful in addressing customer concerns. It is important for companies to prioritize customer service and ensure that their customers are satisfied with the work they perform. Unfortunately, this has not been my experience with Fix Network.

Mauvaise expérience avec Fix auto centre ville sachant que ce n'est pas ma première fois chez eux, ma voiture était sale, les réparations n'ont pas été faite correctement comme convenu au départ. Le superviseur priorise l'argent par rapport au bon service client.
