Worst grooming my dog has ever had. I tried giving them a second chance, but it was worst than the first time I went there. My puppy came out butchered. The cut was uneven, his nails were sharp, they didn’t even trim his facial hairs. Horrible. They also charged me way more than last time I went there for the same service.

I brought my dog to get groomed for the first time and was left in shock! As i went to pick up my dog the ladies slamming doors and yelling at the animals…Not only does it smell like an ashtray but they have attitude and from what i saw really mistreating the animals! My dog was in distress and was left horribly traumatized as i tried to bring her to her usual place….I have never had a problem with my dog getting groomed she usually loves it and my groomer called me and also she was in shock on how my dog acted. I dont know how they are still in business when i have been talking with people in the area and have experienced the exacte same thing! If you love your animals please do not bring them here!

Second time I bring my husky. The first time she was happy and go lucky dog, the dog I know and love. She was groomed beautifully and she wasn’t scared at all. Second time was this week and to my horror I paid full price and what looks like only combing happened. Her paw pads were not trimmed and her nails were extremely uneven some didn’t even look like they were cut. Huskies shed A LOT but as her owner her adoption mama I can see the difference when she has been groomed and this time was not groomed. She came back extremely traumatized, still shedding as if they just combed her instead of giving her a bath and deshedding her under coat. Her behind was not trimmed, her legs were dirty and the smell of her was disgusting! The place smells like cigarettes, extremely dirty, and my huskies bandana on her neck was WAYY too tight! I called they were nice they said they would redo her trim so I brought her back the same day and all I got were excuses that she is a husky. Unprofessional, makes you feel stupid even though they are your companion. We are with our animals every day we can tell the difference. When I brought back my husky she was too scared to go back in I had to force her to walk inside. Meanwhile, I received attitude at the counter. My husband and I stayed in the shop until our husky was properly groomed. As we sat in the shop we heard staff members yelling at the animals being aggressive and not patient at all. When my husky came out for the second time, her tail was between her legs and ears down.. she kept looking at the door to leave. I’m extremely disappointed. Hearing the animals sounded like a nightmare. Screaming animals running around while they’re trying to “groom” other animals. Also, why would you publicize a book “grooming for dummies” in your waiting area. I dislike putting bad reviews but this place either needs to be trained in what they’re doing properly or shut down. I’m never bringing my husky here again and I advice you don’t either.
