Harshi does an amazing job with eyebrows every time! I’m never disappointed with their attention to detail and quality. Plus, they offer online appointment booking, which is super convenient. Highly recommend!
I used to love going to this place, but my last visit was very unpleasant due the owners behaviour. Her behaviour was rude and uncalled for. I don’t think I will be going back. To the owner: It is your business, you have the right to run it how you want. It is ok if you want people to book appointments a month in advance for eyebrows and upper lips threading. But please mention that to your clients beforehand and nicely. Response: Thank you for your response. I completely agree with you about mental health and overworking employees. When I made the appointment I did not force you or insist you or your staff. I simply asked. Also, for the $60 service I was given service in-between clients(I waited 30 minutes) and nobody stayed late for me to attend to my needs. Again it is your business you choose how to run it but being rude and aggressive with your tone is apparently not the way to treat your clients.
