Nayelli PinedoOne of this company's trucks was driving recklessly and almost hit me as I was entering the expressway. I took it upon me to take the license plate and call them to let them know. The first time no one answered. The second time, I spoke to a dispatcher who asked me for the plate numbers so he could track the driver. The dispatcher was nice and tried to help but said he was unable to track the driver in their GPS system at the moment, and that he'd pass this information down to the safety manager/director who wasn't in yet because I called around 7:10ishAM and she came in at 9AM. I called again after 9AM and this time spoke to the safety director, who I explained everything to and gave her the plate numbers. She asked me for the truck number, I told I didn't have the truck number but I was able to get the plate number and that's why I was giving it to her. She told me she was unable to help me because she wouldn't be able to locate the driver/truck if I didn't have a truck number. She was very dismissive and she pretty much cut me off. To anyone who is on the road and sees any of these trucks, please be very careful and distance yourself as much as you can. You can get into an accident caused by them and they won't take any responsibility.
