I had the honor of attending and participating as a panelist at the recent breast cancer awareness event organized by my dear friend Angie. The entire event was beautifully arranged, and it was both touching and deeply moving. Angie created a warm and welcoming atmosphere, allowing everyone to come together, share stories, and support one another. Being part of the 'Hope Table' was a powerful experience, and it was inspiring to witness the strength and resilience of everyone involved. To find this community of women has truly been a blessing. Real women, inspiring women and kind women. I walked in the first time not knowing what to expect but I immediately felt at home. In addition to the warm atmosphere, being a shegoals member has given me the opportunity to work toward my wellness goals all while moving out of my comfort zone - I have tried classes I never thought I would! Angie, the owner, is a gem. The trainers and instructors are so knowledgeable and passionate about what they do, and it just shines through! Thank you Shegoals!
