Krystal WalkerI’ve have plenty of moves in 16 years and I must say Sourdough was one of the best when it came to delivering my items! I was able to get my household from the Port to my house in less than 3 days from arrival. The crew who delivered our items were courteous and attentive! They pointed out damages before I even saw them and I definitely appreciated it. Only giving 4 stars because my bed slats were put on the wrong way and they forgot to put together 2 items. Other than that they were great and didn’t mind my dogs being out!
Dawson McKayThis company will ask you to sign a waiver excusing them for any damage or lost items. I signed it because, hey - “they’re professionals and we’re only moving a few minutes away. What could go wrong?” Their movers erroneously left a piece of furniture and a box with high-end electronics worth thousands of dollars at a donation site. By the time we discovered their mistake, the items were gone. When I brought this to Sourdough’s attention and asked them to consider doing the right thing, even though the waiver would let them walk… they offered me, and this is not a joke or exaggeration, $7. If you care about any items in your household at all, consider any other moving service.

They also reweighed our things after being asked because the guys from Oklahoma tried to make some extra money. The movers in Oklahoma did a horrible job while the guys from sourdough transfer did amazing! They were fast, professional, clean and fun to work with. They also dealt with all of my swearing super well! I would definitely recommend them. Plus they had no problems rebuilding our furniture although the guys from Oklahoma did not pack any instructions and parts were all over, not just in the parts box. A big plus was that they put carpet protector down everywhere, something we had never seen during all our other moves with the military.
