I went to have my teeth cleaned and was told I need deep cleaning so they checked with my insurance and said your insurance will cover most of it but wouldn't tell me how much I would have to pay, so I made another appointment to receive my first part of the cleaning and was charged $380 and when I asked why they said that's your part, on the second part a week later i was charged another $380 and when I asked why I received the same answer that's your part and the insurance will cover the rest. A month later I received a letter saying that I owe $553, when I called the office they told me the insurance did not pay what they were suppose to and you owe us $553, after going back and forth with them I received a collection letter and tried to contact the office again and try to work it out but no one will return my calls. DO NOT GO TO THIS DENTAL OFFICE, you will get scammed. very bad place to do business.

Two stars only because the lady at the front desc and doctor were truly nice. I informed them that I have no insurance but it will be in effect in few days, they offered me a plan from the clinic which was $325 to cover the extraction which sounded reasonable. At the visit it was determined that extraction will need to take place later as I needed a course of antibiotics. At the checkout I asked if the plan will be cheaper than the appointment as for actual procedure I would have insurance in action. Two ladies started upselling me this plan without even showing me the bill for the day which immediately confused me. I was reassured that "today" will cost much more than that if I don't take the plan. I insisted to see the bill and there it was, cheaper than the offer. All this cheesy upselling literally thrown me off cause they weren't even listening and showed me the "potential extraction" bill with their plan which supposedly better than insurance coverage and it was only $100 cheaper from full price. For a reference insurance covers 80% of extraction. Tried literally to confuse the world out of me and definitely gave 300% negative impression with the pushy attitude. Then when I checked the breakdown they also added pulp vitality test (on the tooth under the crown with root canals worked on ages ago which was clear from x-ray was up to be removed) which have not been performed, just the visual exam was. In overall it gives me impression that my future bills would also be exaggerated. All in all just for lying about the costs, hiding the actual numbers till demanded to see them and trying me to buy some kinda plan from the clinic itself totally wasted my time and money. Do I wish to come back? Hard pass.

This place has no idea what they’re doing.. they completely duped me by shaving down two of my teeth that had chips instead of doing composite edge bonding to give me a nice smile. They wanted to shave down the front 2 as well instead of just adding to the 2 that had a chip. Of course if I did it their way I would have shaved down 4 teeth and paid a ton of money, they’re crooks! They then told me they could shave down the top of the tooth and add a veneer instead of just doing edge bonding.. they only care about milking their patients. Not to mention they reassured me everything was covered and I only owed what I paid out of pocket before I left, all that the insurance didn’t cover. Then I get a bill weeks later saying I still owed hundreds of dollars.. are you kidding me?!! This place should be finished! Of course you can’t find me in your records, it’s called anonymity.

This is by far the best experience I've ever had. Friendly, caring, non-judgemental, professionals...(unlike the horrible nightmarish experiences we've suffered in downtown Orlando). This is THE place to go.
