Franchement déçu Alexis qui c’est occuper de moi pour un brushing n’es pas du tout compétent il y a eu que un shampooing de fait alors que sa moussais pas et n’a pas du tout laver la nuque tire bcp les cheveux ne s’est pas non plus faire les brushing car pas travailler du tout et j’avais demander du Wavy il m’a fais des boucles trop serré Franchement déçu pour avoir voulu passer un moment de détente….
Je viens regulierement depuis 4 ans, et je n'ai pas trouvé mieux. Je vous explique : mes cheveux sont totalement décolorés, j'avais trop de cheveux blancs, et marre de faire mes blanches tous les mois, je suis donc passée au blanc polaire. Je n'habite pas à coté, j'ai donc tenté la décoloration ailleurs, mais cela n'a jamais eu le meme rendu, Océane, Sophie, et desormais Manon prennent soin de mes cheveux et vraiment je vois la difference. Pas de reflet jaune, pas de démarquation. Comment est ce possible? Et bien la premiere fois, je suis venue 2 jours avant la premiere décoloration, pour qu'un test soit effectué. ainsi pas de surprise le jour J, pas de cheveux brulés etc. Ca! ca fait la différence!
La 2nde fois en 1 an presque, que je fais faire mon lissage japonais par Sophie la patronne aidée par son équipe, entre autre Océane. A l'écoute, professionnelle et expérimentée, conseille au cas par cas, Sophie est soucieuse de ses clients et méticuleuse dans son travail. Je recommande.
