I was without air-conditioning for a week during one of the hottest weeks of the year. I called my friend who works at synergy home. He came out right away for me On Monday and assessed the situation. Determined that I needed A new AC compressor and coil. The owner of the company ended up coming out and helping with the estimate and checking my system over. Such a nice guy and really cares about his clients. This was on Monday. By Wednesday, they had me up and and running. To say they went above and beyond would be an understatement. A big thank you to Justin, Scott, and everybody involved in getting my air conditioner issue solved. I cannot recommend this company enough! Again, above and beyond would be an understatement. Their customer service is second to none! I will use no other company than synergy Home from here on out. Highly recommended! Five stars all around!
I had a great experience with Synergy Home! From my first phone call thru the completion of replacing my HVAC system. Brandon, Kimberly and Davis all were personable, Knowledgeable, professional and thorough. They answered my questions and pointed out things I hadn’t noticed. The price was reasonable and they came two days after I accepted the estimate to install the system. They would have came the next day, but I wasn’t available. Great company, people and GREAT job!
⚠️ Unsafe Generator Install • Safety Shut-Off Synergy Home installed my generator in April. From day one, wiring errors caused failures during multiple outages — several service calls before July, but the real issues weren’t found. In July, water from faulty conduit installation dripped into the electrical box, causing a burning smell; KY Utilities shut off my power for safety. Synergy restarted it but missed the cause. Weeks later, a Generac load test failed again, with more burning smell — they declared it unsafe. Only then did Synergy send a different tech, who found bad wiring, broken seal, and water intrusion. After months of unsafe operation, their “compensation” was a 5-year service contract… meaning the same company that created the hazard would be responsible for maintaining it. NOTE: Don’t be fooled by the reasonable sounding comment if you see it below. Just boiler plate language they add that demonstrates their lack of real acknowledgment of the dangerous situation they created. When I get a real response I’ll update this. I’d love to give you all a happy ending where I change this to a 5 star. That is up to Synergy. Been over a month since this was posted. Months later - Silence from Synergy.
