I am not happy. I came here to color my roots. The hairdresser was friendly and the blow-dry was nice. But the coloring is not done well. It’s too light and you can still see my grey hair. The hairdresser told me that this is a normal problem with grey hair. But it’s not, because when other hairdressers color my hair you can’t see my grey hair anymore. The hairdresser told me that he could color it again, but I needed to go to the airport. I told him at least I wanted a discount because the color was not done well. He could only give 15.000 discount - which is nothing compared to the full amount. He said he couldn’t do anything more. So I ended up paying 300.000 for badly colored hair with my grey hair still showing. Too bad. Oh and also: on Whatsapp they had told me the price would be aproximately 190.000. I understand that the price can differ but this is a very big difference. Especially for a service that’s not done well.
