Çok lezzetli, lokum gibi olmuş kokoreç , sıfır koku , ekmek çıtır tam ayarında, ustanın eline sağlık, yolunuz düşerse pas geçmeyin.
İşte şu ana kadar yediğim çok leziz bir kokoreç ..köyde taş kuyuda pişen ve sonrasında o sıcacık ekmeğin arasında son bulan kuzu kokoreç.. Usta'nın da ellerine sağlık ..eski yeri menemen çarşı içinde idi. Şimdiki yeri menemen merkeze girişte petrol ofisi benzinliğin hemen yanında ..iri kıyım doğranmış (İzmir usulü). Gerçi isteyene kırmaz herhalde ince ince de kıyabilir 😀 mutlaka deneyin ..yanında acı biber , turşu ve pancariyla birlikte muazzam gidiyor .
