I made an appointment to have full highlights, and a small section of hair on top of my head not highlighted; I was told over the phone it would be washed & blowdried, very very disappointed I ended up with about three or four very faded lighter bits in my hair and the rest of my hair was darker, and not only darker darker more on one side than the other, The blowdry was absolutely rubbish no effort put into it at all just blasted it dry, when I looked at my hair when it was finish I asked her where are the highlights because there weren’t any, I was and am vary disappointed, the lady who did my hair did not listen to what I wanted and she seemed very unsure about what she was doing, complete and at a waste of time and money and my hair looks awful and nothing like I wanted, thank God I didn’t ask her to cut it even though she offered to do that,
