Esperienza Terribile. Infissi di pessima qualità . Le porte finestre devono essere regolate ogni 3-4 mesi a causa dell’ imbarcamento dell’ infisso ( a mio avviso troppo fresco e non idoneo per fare infissi) alla cifra di 70 euro da pagare in anticipo. Ogni volta una nuova scusa sul perché ciò accade. Il personale inviato è poco professionale e in genere aggiustano una cosa e ne rompono un altra… insomma da altre parti a comprare i vostri infissi perché Tierre non è una ditta seria!
Esperienza pessima con uno dei loro montatori. Ho dovuto far alzare la porta blindata e nel montaggio delle stecchette di legno il montatore ne ha rotto una e senza dire nulla la messa su. Come se non bastasse ha riempito di silicone tutto il perimetro delle stecchette in legno, che rimangono in bellavista, rendendo così la porta totalmente antiestetica. Alla mia lamentela mi è stato risposto "sono cose che possono succedere". Beh che dire! complimenti vivissimi.
Condivido volentieri la mia esperienza veramente ottima con la Tierre Infissi! Ho sostituito infissi, tapparelle, porte interne, porta blindata (insomma tutto) ed è andata benissimo! Complimenti a tutti partire dalla professionalità del titolare Andrea fino ai montatori e trasportatori. Affidatevi a loro per non sbagliare! Filippo
