Bought item from this company via Amazon market place. It`s been an absolute disaster. Their courier EVRI, fabricated three failed attempts to deliver when they hadn`t actually been anywhere near my property. Eventually contacted UK Business supplies directly and support has been really poor. They persistently transfer call and cut you off as well as making false promises to send out a replacement item via alternative courier YODEL, but never able to provide tracking number to support claim. Unable come back is to try and recover monies via Amazon and leave repeated negative feedback to ensure there is a consequence for their actions. Message to UK Business supplies. As much as this issue irritates me, it is also damaging your already poor reputation. Please get it sorted.

Placed an order via ebay for 2 lots of smoothie cups, only 1 box has arrived. Messaged and received no response. Opened a case against them on ebay but because one box has been delivered it's a mammoth task trying to make foreigners understand what's happened.

Had an ideal experience with them. Ordered several packs of specialised tea for a fair price and they were delivered on time. No complaints here. Cheers folks!

Don't use them! I ordered three boxes of specialist tea bags as gifts at the beginning of November. Went to wrap them today (16 Dec) and noticed that two of them had expiry dates of January 2022. I phoned customer services, only to be told that goods have to be returned within two weeks if there is a complaint. So, if you order stock from them, don't just check that the correct items have arrived, but check that the expiry dates are more than two months ahead! Very bad customer service.

Some of the reviews on here are dreadful but I placed my bulk order for biscuits and cups as complimentary in the salon yesterday and it was delivered this morning. The choice and price fantastic - bronte thins, lavazza shortbread, hills gingerbreads - all delicious and reasonably priced. Also 500 attractively patterned triple wall disposable cups The clients love them already. Good job UK Business Supplies, I've definitely found my new supplier. And please don't stop supplying these products - more and more I find that when I discover my ideal stock items on a website, the company stop supplying them 6 months later - very frustrating!

Shocking customer service .. I shop a lot online and this company has to be the worse by far .. I ordered 2 of a item one arrived so immediately contacted this company .. had to jump thru hoops all day .. it’s as if they don’t believe me even thou they admit 2 labels had been printed. only one shipped.. in this age of computers they could surely see only one has been shipped also the box with only one in would have a weight on it for DPD so they could see only one .. first and last time for me with this company ..

They are scammers and thieves. I am waiting for a refund for the second month. First, they did the proceedings and when the proceedings showed that the money was due to me, the money is gone. I do not recommend

shocking order 3 times now first order new customer went fine it stops there the 2rd order 4 items 2 arrive rest to follow a week later i ask when i will get they have not got so refund 3rd order never arrived after dispatch after i asked for tracking info was told on the 5th will issue refund and got an email on 11th to say refund processed 4 working days to process a refund is a joke
