Amanda WirbickiI called after being discharged from the hospital after being diagnosed with facial cellulitis. I immediately booked an emergency consultation for the Tuesday after Thanksgiving '24. I called on Monday to make sure I my appointment was on because I had a gut feeling. I was informed less than 24 hrs before my appointment that the clinic cancelled and no one reached out or even thought to inform me. Mind you, it was in the 20s/30s that week and I had to walk. I am grateful I called, but I won't make the mistake again to waste my time with this clinic.
Jessica shaakIf I could give negative stars I would! Wait time is super long. Then when you get there it's not a cleaning it's an examination to see what they need for the cleaning. Got scheduled for 3 follow up appointments. Not told what I needed 3 for till I showed up for the appointments. They filled cavities before they even did the cleaning. I had no pain before the cavities were filled. Now I'm in alot of pain and can't schedule or complain for 4 to 6 wks. I pushed the issue and finally was given an appointment. I go in today and told I had a fractured tooth that I didn't have before they filled a cavity. But again told to use sensitive toothpaste and can't schedule to get the tooth fixed that they broke for another 4 to 6 wks. There's no communication. Dentist only spent 2 mins with me. Techs were nice but front staff seems grumpy all the time. Not friendly at all. Worst place I have ever been. They did more damage and take no accountability for their actions. Just left to find some other dentist to fix what this place did. I will never go back again!!
Corina VarelaTrying to get an appointment at this place is a nightmare, always a different story as to when you are supposed to call to book an appointment, then they are booked for 1-3 months in advance. The dental staff is great, but the people you have to speak with is a less than pleasant experience.
Qeshet AnimalsFit me in quickly the next day for extreme oral pain. Spent less than 30 min in the exam area. One of the very few places who accepts my insurance, dental and not. Got a referral and prescription for the pain making it much more bearable.
