I have to give the biggest thank you to Mr. Jeff Smith! I'm an active duty soldier and have been struggling with the stress of a PCS for the past 2 weeks. On top of that, having to ship our two dogs and attempting to work directly with the Customs office was the WORST! Luckily, we got the Customs Broker information and connected with Mr. Smith. Due to the arrival of our pets, we had to come into the office near closing time. Despite this, Mr. Smith was so patient with me and worked quickly to get our paperwork cleared the same day! I'm overwhelmed with gratitude for his service and wish there was more I could do to thank him! Thank you all for your service!

I was repeatedly berated by Janeth Stern to the point it became abusive and she knew I was over a barrel. I have never been treated so poorly by a member of a company. I appreciate Lexi trying to help me without issue. Janeth repeatedly scolded me like a child and raised her voice to me numerous times without hesitation. In my opinion, she needs to lose her job. That’s how bad it was. I’m over 20 years older than her and the disrespect shown will never be forgotten. I’ve never experienced it in my 55 years of life. The only way she would stop is when I told her she would be reviewed. If she treats you this way, please review her. Don’t allow this degradation to continue. Maybe if enough people speak out, something will be done and the company will let her go. She knew I was in an hard spot and it didn’t matter. I finally received my dog and it is safe, that’s the only reason I feel free to tell the truth. I would never use this company again unless they fire this person. She’s a young woman who obviously feels free to abuse people at the drop of a hat.

This is hands down one of the worst companies I've ever had to work with. From the very beginning to the very end and in between. First of all, the invoice charges are double what their price sheet was. Second of all, they worked "remote" on Friday the 5th and refused to schedule the inspection, resulting in our plants having to be stuck in a warehouse over the weekend. It was not their fault that USDA held up the inspection and then Thursday was a holiday, but we paid them over $1,500 and not a single employee could drive 10 minutes and handle the inspection so we would not have a plethora of dead plants on our hands. They had the audacity to say it would be $150 OT charge if someone went out on Friday and then confirmed that no one could go. If it's a workday, what are we being charged overtime for? It wasn't a holiday, it wasn't the weekend, and it wasn't after hours. It was a normal workday, but no one wanted to get out of their pajamas to go complete this for a paying client on a workday. I work from home, but if a paying client needs me to leave my house, I leave my house. The employee, Janeth, at this company had zero concern to try to assist or make this easier since we are a state away, in Florida. If this was just the employee, then management needs to take a look because this is NOT what I would want my company to represent. If this is a representation of the company, this is horrible and sad. I would be embarrassed at the lack of care, concern or motivation of my employees with this transaction.
