He was easy to work with, prompt and professional. His pricing is very competitive and he doesn’t try to upsell you on work you don’t need. Plus, he’s extremely knowledgeable and a really nice guy. Shawn is not just a great plumber, but one of the best tradesmen I've ever had the pleasure of working with. He's handled jobs at my house as simple as installing a new garbage disposal, all the way to being available for me in an emergency when my water heater broke, for a full replacement. Extremely fair prices and never begins work until he quotes you on it, and will even offer tips for you to potentially DIY it yourself. Shawn's the third plumber I've used in the local area and will likely be the last for some time, until he retires (and hopefully leaves me the contact info for a good replacement!), due to the incredible and fairly priced work he's done for me thus far.
