Absolutely horrendous customer service. Everything about the experience ordering from here was a mistake. I would avoid it at all costs, or you could be out a lot of money. My order arrived demolished, and they will do literally not one thing about. They shipped 37 cans in a cardboard box to roll around and hit each other and are stating it is just what happens when cans are shipped. Which couldn’t be further from the truth. There is a difference between winter months affecting the cans and them expanding if froze - which some did. And a difference to them being smashed due to poor packaging. 3 cases plus one, the cases should have come as they do from manufacturer- in a cardboard case themselves. So unless you want to pay for package protection, $30 shipping and have most of your order ruined skip this place. Don’t even bother to try and get any customer service afterward because they are completely unwilling to do anything at all, and stand behind their poor business practices and customer service. And unless you’re the shipper Canada post can’t help you. Waste of time and waste of money. The first photo was my package at the depot because the drivers hands went through it because all the cans exploded from rolling around hitting eachother :)

Deliberately selling fake products, ruined my workout plan. Maybe their own brands are good, but never order a product from them like serious mass, all fake, prétend it's à blowout sell but all fake, dont deserve even 1 star! No way to verify the authenticity, confirmed the fake product after testing it. Lucky i got a refund i would've sued them, extremely dangerous

I ordered online 7 days ago with 1-3 days delivery. Still waiting to receive my product. Customer service: 0/5 worst Tracking order: 1/5 so poor Price product: 4/5 Avoid order online if you want to get the products in the time the site said. Nobody will contact you for late shipping and it's to complicated chat or email customer service, they don't respond about your shipping.
