Doch eine Woche vor dem geplanten Liefertermin bekam ich die Nachricht, dass es mindestens 6 weitere Wochen dauern würde. Es ist für mich unverständlich und empörend, dass das Unternehmen das Geld sofort einstreicht, aber nicht einmal annähernd zu den angegebenen Lieferzeiten liefert. Besonders ärgerlich ist, dass der Online-Shop immer noch eine Lieferzeit von 4 Wochen verspricht, obwohl das offensichtlich nicht eingehalten wird. Kundenfreundlichkeit sieht anders aus.
