This was the first event App I actually used because it actually was easy to use, had all of the information at my fingertip, I could save the information easily, I actually was able to make appointments with people before and during the meeting and connect with them. Excellent APP. Where were you all these years that I downloaded Apps that were useless! Also hate to use 3 different Apps for the same meeting (one from the organizer, one from the vendor that I work for and another social media App to make connections). Whova does it all in one.

I really liked using the Whova app! It made things so much easier when it came to navigating the event and staying organized. Having everything in one place—the agenda, speaker details, networking options, and updates—definitely made a big difference. I’ve been to events before where I was constantly switching between different platforms or trying to keep track of things manually, and this app eliminated a lot of that stress. That said, being fully engaged in the event while keeping up with everything happening in the app was a little overwhelming at times. There was an option to purchase a paper program. I opted out of that. There’s so much information coming at you all at once, and it took me a minute to figure out the best way to manage it. One of my favorite features was the networking section. It’s not always easy to make meaningful connections at events, but Whova made it happen in one place. I liked being able to see who else was attending, send messages, and even set up meetups directly through the app. The live Q&A and polling features were also a nice touch—as a speaker I started several feeds to attract attendees. Overall, I think Whova is a solid tool for anyone attending a conference or large event. It helped me stay organized, grow the attendance for my session and feel more in control of my schedule. There’s definitely a bit of a learning curve at first, but once you figure out the flow, it really enhances the whole event experience. Highly recommend that WHOVA HIRE me as a Brand ambassador please!!

This app was very helpful for navigating the conference, respective meetings, and social gatherings. Several people enjoyed the challenge trivia questions competitions, and the networking features the app had been ideal.

Whova is a great tool for conferences. I love especially the Agenda piece, so you can look at a glance where the break out rooms are and if there has been any changes to the agenda. It is also great for networking.
